As a former hypnotherapist I developed literature related to smoking cessation, weight management and other behavioral issues. I have written hypnosis and psychology related newspaper and magazine articles. I also love to write short stories. Is a book in the works? Who knows!

Much of my time is spent pursuing activities with my husband, everything from our mutual passion for yard sales to traveling or gardening. Hours alone are spent sewing, reading, quilting or engaging in my love/hate relationship with the Internet as a whole and my beastly laptop in particular.
